Daniel Nuriyev
Daniel Nuriyev started practicing martial arts at the age of 14. He spent 17 years training in Chinese Wushu, Sanda and Taijiquan. In parallel, he practiced and taught the Israeli art of Krav Maga.
Later in life, Daniel met Jason DeLucia, a great teacher of Aikido and Japanese Jujutsu, and spent 13 years training under his guidance.
Currently Daniel teaches Aikido and Japanese Jujutsu and how training in traditional Japanese martial arts can be applied in the modern contexts of competitive sparring and 'street fights'.
The training includes strikes, takedowns, joint locks, chokes, knife and sticks and includes elements familiar from other Japanese martial arts such as Karate and Judo.
For safety the training is adjusted to the students' abilities.
Daniel currently teached Aikido and Japanese Jujutsu on Tuesdays in Canton at 7:30 PM
