Taylor Baker
Taylor M. Baker began her martial arts journey at Excel Karate at just two and a half years old, becoming the youngest student ever to join the program. Through years of dedication and discipline, she progressed steadily through the belt ranks and earned her beginner black belt at age eleven. Taylor is an active member of the dojo community and regularly assists in classes multiple days each week, working with students of all ages and belt levels.
Outside of karate, Taylor maintains a rigorous academic schedule. She attends TEC Connections Academy and supplements her studies through the Russian School of Mathematics, consistently achieving high honors in both programs. Taylor is also a dedicated pianist with eight years of experience and has recently completed Level Two of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) based in the United Kingdom.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys watching comedy, spending time with her family, learning to play the alto saxophone, and observing nature.
